AAA CYCLE & EVENT TOURS

inle buddha
AAA Fitness operates cycle & triathlon event tours to some of the worlds most unique & scenic destinations.
We run these tours in a way no other companies do:

  •    By Providing unique itiniaries with the mix of long & short, challenging and easier cycle days.
  •    Take in all of our countries scenic and cultural specialities to give you a unique insight into the places you visit.
  •    With our coaching experience, we are able to provide cycling or triathlon specific programs to have you ready for these tours, or help you along the way with tips and advice to ensure the mountains we conquer become easier.

One of our specialities is creating a cycle itiniary in the destination of your choice with your own group of friends. Take the worrry out of planning your own trip when your busy at work and home. Tell us where it is you want to go ?

How many in your group ?

Approximate time available ?

Just how much or how little cycing you would like to do ?

We then make the plans, bookings and create the routes for you. We are there to greet you on arrival in your foreign country and guide you daily to all the places you have been dreaming of.

No decisions on where to go each day, no party disagreements, just kick back, relax and let your experienced cycle and tour guide do it all for you.

Chances are we will have visited your location before. If not we have contacts and agents around the world to assist us and making the planning process so much simpler than you could have managed on your own.

No place is off our radar !

SWISS / FRENCH ALPS - 9 days starting Jul 15th 08.

What can you say about this cycling mecca that hasnt already been said ? Well, everything is true and more. I say its like looking at a giant postcard everday. The scenery simply is mind boggling. And if enjoy cycling along pristine lakes, over 2000m alpine passes and all on smooth bitumen roads well this is the place.
Initially based in the quiet village of Lauterbrunnen at the foot of Switzerlands big 3000m+ peaks, we venture out each day on a new route & adventure, returning for the great hospitality of the Hotel Oberland whilst sharing stories & laughs from the days experiences.
Visit the great Swiss cities of Lucern & Bern, return via the comfy swiss trains or find a new hill to climb on the way back, there is no shortage of them. Usually the bigger the hill, the greater the rewards so make sure your at least a little fit before you arrive, but dont worry theres great mountain top cafes to refuel.
In 2008 we vary from our previous schedule to take in a night at the world famous Montreux Jazz Festival. Then make our way into the legendary Tour De France region and its famous cols with our 2nd base in Europes highest town of Briancon. The bonus day being the stage of Le Alpe D Huez in Le Tour. Of course we get to climb it first before watching the big guns.

TUSCANY - ITALY   9 days starting Jul 28th 08.

Think of Italy, then think of food, glorious food, wine, beautiful wine, cycling mecca, relaxed italian style of living, late nights in the open piazzas savouring the summer heat.
Aaaarrggh - this is what its about and nowhere in Italy does it better than Lucca, the medieval walled city and the home of the great Mario Cippolini or on the culture scale, Puccini.
For 9 days we live right in the middle of the walled city of cobbled streets and the buzz of a vibrant typical small Italian city. The restaurants, cafes, traditional deli's, espresso's and of course the nearby vineyards all await exploration and tasting and this is how we spend our time under the Tuscan sun.
Start the day with a strong shot of espresso or capuccino if you must, then venture outside the city walls to nearby treasures. The coastline & beaches at Viareggio, the hilltop villages & legendary mountain climbs tackled daily by the big cycling teams, the world heritage Cinque Terra coastline and of course the pizzas, pastas and local chianti's that make the days sweat all worth it. As with Switzerland, you can cycle plenty in the week or you can enjoy a more leiuserly time stopping to sample a lunchtime ale with your pizza and enjoying a relaxing train journey home if you wish.
We will cater for all levels on this memorable trip. You can even spend an extra day off the bike and take in another tour of nearby Florence or Pisa and soak up the amazing history that Italy offers.

chianti days
If your going to make the lengthy trip to Europe you should make your stay worthwhile.

No tour buses, name badges or large crowds ! Just a small group of like minded adventurers who wish to do some exploring whilst someone takes care of the logisitics and creates a great atmosphere to boot......
